Warranty period — the period during which, if a defect is found in the Product, the manufacturer (contractor), seller, authorized organization, importer are obliged to satisfy the customer's requirements to eliminate the defects of the Product. The seller is responsible for the defects of the Goods, unless he proves that the defects occurred after the transfer of the goods to the customer due to the violation by the consumer of the rules of use, storage or transportation of the goods, the actions of third parties.

The warranty period for the product is 3 months.

Calculation of the warranty period begins:

From the date of delivery of the Goods to the customer, unless otherwise provided by the contract.
If it is impossible to establish the day, the period is calculated from the date of manufacture of the Goods.
For seasonal goods — from the moment of the beginning of the season
In case of remote sale — from the date of delivery of the Goods

Warranty service is the free elimination of product defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer, subject to compliance with the operating rules established by the manufacturer. All warranty and post-warranty service of goods is carried out by specialized authorized service centers of manufacturing companies that have the appropriate authority to do so.

 

Exchange and Refund

The period of return of the goods of proper quality is 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality

You can exchange a non-food product of proper quality, if it does not fit in shape, dimensions, color, size or configuration, for a similar product. The goods are exchanged within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or a cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods. The absence of a cash receipt or other document confirming the payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to refer to the testimony.

By agreement with you, the exchange of goods can be made when a similar product goes on sale. If a similar product is not on sale on the day of the appeal, you have the right to demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the specified product.

Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality

In case of sale of goods of inadequate quality, we accept it for return. If necessary, an examination is carried out (checking the quality of the goods). If there is a dispute about the reasons for the defects of the goods, we will conduct an examination at our own expense. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, you will be obliged to reimburse the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the costs associated with its storage and transportation of the goods. You can challenge the expert opinion in court.

The procedure for returning goods purchased remotely

The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods of proper quality at any time before the execution of the order, and after the transfer of the goods — within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of its purchase.

If the buyer discovers the defects of the goods and submits a request for its replacement, the seller is obliged to replace such goods within 7 (seven) days from the date of submission of the specified requirement by the buyer, and if necessary, additional quality control of such goods by the seller — within 20 (twenty) days from the date of submission of the specified requirement. If the seller does not have the goods necessary for replacement at the time of the claim, the replacement must be carried out within 1 (one) month from the date of such a claim.

To return the goods, it is necessary to contact the manager of the online store by phone or by e-mail specified on the "Contacts" page to verify the legality of the return, and to get advice on the paperwork necessary for the return. The documents that you must present upon return depend on the payment and delivery method you have chosen.
